CMST - California Mathematics and Science Teaching Initiative CMST offers professional development and a mentoring setting for college mathematics/science majors who want to become teachers. Annual apprentices are provided and book/resources are given to the participants to enhance their teaching in 4th-12th grade classrooms.
ISIS - I Strive I Suceed ISIS offers professional development and a mentoring setting for college mathematics/science majors who want to become teachers. Annual apprentices are provided and book/resources are given to the participants to enhance their teaching in 4th-12th grade classrooms. This program is open only to female applicants and classroom experiences are in middle schools.
I want to be a tutor Paid tutoring placements are available for college students interested in helping 4th-12th grade students in mathematics or science.
