 Program Description
CMST - California Mathematics and Science Teacher Initiative CMST offers professional development and a mentoring setting for college mathematics/science majors who want to become teachers. Annual apprentices are provided and books/resources are given to the participants to enhance their teaching in 4th-12th grade classrooms.
ISIS - I Strive I Succeed ISIS offers professional development and a mentoring setting for college mathematics/science majors who want to become teachers. Annual apprentices are provided and books/resources are given to the participants to enhance their teaching in 4th-12th grade classrooms. This program is open only to female applicants and classroom experiences are in middle schools.
