Biliteracy Specialist Certificate Program

The Biliteracy Specialist Certificate program provides methods and resources for developing learning and teaching about literacy in two languages and ways to implement two-way bilingual immersion (TWBT) Programs. Current theory and research on teaching literacy in two languages and analysis of ways to connect literacy, literature and writing across the curriculum are presented.
