EAOP (Early Academic Outreach Program)

Established in 1975, EAOP is operated out of the Office of the President, but each campus has its own EAOP office. UC Riverside’s EAOP currently reaches some 6,000 students in 41 high schools. EAOP offers academic counseling and information regarding the application process for college admission and financial aid to low income and/or educationally disadvantaged high school students.. Students are encouraged to take the requisite courses to meet the University’s admissions requirements, to take the appropriate college entrance exams and to pursue post-secondary education.
