Instructional Aide Certificate Program

The Instructional Aide Certificate provides instructional aides with training and practical knowledge of their roles and responsibilities as an important component of K-12 educational teams. The certificate provides coursework in learning strategies, classroom management strategies, using technology in the classroom, diversity in the classroom. Specific training for aides assisting teachers of English language learners and/or special education students is a part of the certificate.
