ACTS is a 5-year project funded by the National Science Foundation, based on the partnership between UC Riverside and Jurupa Unified School District. The goal is to improve student preparation for and achievement in Algebra I, by providing professional development to preservice and inservice teachers and by providing additional support and enrichment activities to students. |

Climbing Higher with the Academcy for Mathematics Performance (CHAMP) |
The goal of CHAMP is to create an educational environment where MATE participants, University Community Teaching Fellowships in Mathematics and Science (CTFMS) students, and classroom teachers can work collaboratively to create, demonstrate and test innovative instructional strategies in mathematics with students from grades four through eleven. |
